ENCS is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Vendor & Field Resource Manager to join our global operations team. This role sits at the intersection of vendor relationship management, field engineering talent sourcing, and commercial negotiations acting as the primary interface between ENCS and its expanding global network of Field Engineer (FE) vendors, staffing partners, and subcontractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing Field *2. Key Responsibilities* 2.1 Field Engineer Sourcing & Fulfilment * Hunt for qualified Field Engineers globally to fulfil short-term (spot) and long-term (retained/project) onsite deployment requests raised by ENCS project teams and prime contractors. * Maintain and continuously expand a live FE talent pool spanning network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, structured cabling technicians, and field support personnel across all ENCS delivery geographies. * Screen, qualify, and shortlist FE candidates against technical requirements, geographic availability, certification profiles (e.g. CCIE, PCNSE, CISSP, F5, Palo Alto), and commercial fit. * Liaise with ENCS technical leads and the PMO to align FE profiles with project-specific requirements, timelines, and client SLAs. * Manage FE onboarding coordination collect compliance documents, conduct vendor due diligence, and ensure all site-re…
