About The Role The Quality Graduate supports the Alliance's quality management initiatives through quality assurance activities, compliance monitoring, audits, investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement projects. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, the role contributes to maintaining compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements while supporting the effective operation of the Quality Management System. The Quality Graduate will assist the Quality Manager and Project Controls Manager with data analysis, auditing, risk management, and process improvement, while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across the Alliance.
