Job Purpose The Head of Engineering provides strategic and academic leadership for engineering and technical education programs, ensuring high standards of teaching, practical training, curriculum delivery, faculty performance, laboratory/workshop management, and industry relevance. The role is responsible for strengthening engineering programs in line with institutional objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry needs.
