Lead the Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Reliability, Projects, and Infrastructure Management functions across the manufacturing facility. Develop and execute engineering strategies to improve plant reliability, operational efficiency, and asset performance. Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) to maximize equipment availability and OEE. Lead CAPEX projects, including plant expansion, machinery installation, modernization, automation, and commissioning. Ensure uninterrupted availability and optimization of plant utilities, including power, gas, steam, water, compressed air, HVAC, and wastewater treatment. Drive industrial automation and digital transformation initiatives involving PLC, SCADA, HMI, IIoT, and CMMS. Lead root cause analysis (RCA), continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and cost optimization initiatives. Manage engineering budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), vendor relationships, and engineering procurement. Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO standards, and statutory engineering requirements.
