This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all aspects of benefits administration, ensuring compliance, improving employee experience, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Own the administration of the company's 401(k) plan, ensuring timely and accurate retirement plan administration, non-discrimination testing, audits, and regulatory compliance.
