We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Operator to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in a commercial or industrial setting. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and split units. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance as per schedule. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Maintain logs of all activities, including temperature readings, pressure levels, and maintenance performed. Ensure energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems. Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies. Coordinate with vendors and technicians for major repairs or servicing. Requirements: Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technology. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a commercial or industrial environment. Knowledge of HVAC systems, control panels, thermostats, and maintenance tools. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics. Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls.
