The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, good leadership abilities, and experience in maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems, preferably within the hospitality, construction, FMCG, or manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities Supervise HVAC technicians and ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Plan, schedule, and assign daily HVAC jobs according to priorities and available resources. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Respond promptly to guest and departmental HVAC maintenance requests. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and hotel procedures. Conduct regular inspections and rounds of HVAC equipment and maintain operating logs. Maintain accurate records of work orders, preventive maintenance, time sheets, and maintenance activities.
