Qualification: \* DAE / Diploma in Mechanical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or relevant field. Experience: \* 4–6 years of relevant HVAC maintenance and supervisory experience. \* Experience in retail, commercial buildings, or industrial environments will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: \* Supervise installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. \* Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. \* Ensure smooth operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF, and ventilation systems. \* Lead technicians and assign daily operational tasks. \* Troubleshoot HVAC issues and ensure timely resolution. \* Maintain safety standards and compliance with company SOPs. \* Coordinate with vendors and contractors when required. \* Prepare maintenance reports and equipment records.
