The candidate should have practical experience with commercial HVAC systems, particularly VRF systems. Key Responsibilities * Operate and monitor the mall’s VRF system. * Diagnose and resolve VRF fault and error codes. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Inspect indoor and outdoor units, compressors, fans, sensors, and PCBs. * Check refrigerant pressure and identify gas leakage. * Clean filters, coils, drain lines, and indoor units. * Troubleshoot electrical, communication, and drainage faults. * Maintain daily operation and maintenance records. * Respond promptly to cooling complaints and emergency breakdowns. * Follow workplace safety procedures.
