Industrial Electronics Technician

*Key Responsibilities:* * *Inspect, diagnose, and repair* printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic modules across critical facility systems, including ATS boards, VFDs, chiller control panels, and lift controllers. * *Troubleshoot faults down to the component level* on complex industrial electronics, including UPS power modules, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs/touchscreen panels), generator control units, Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP), and FM200 gas release boards. * *Perform precision micro-soldering,* desoldering, and rework of surface-mount devices (SMD), microprocessors, capacitors, relays, power transistors (IGBTs), and integrated circuits (ICs). * *Utilize advanced electronic test equipment* such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, IC testers, ESR meters, and DC power supplies to isolate faulty components and trace circuit logic. * *Execute preventive maintenance and refurbishment* on older or obsolete control cards and HMIs, replacing aging components (like capacitors, optocouplers, or backlights) to extend equipment operational life. * *Ensure strict compliance* with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards, soldering chemical health protocols, and industrial electronic safety compliance regulations. * *Maintain accurate records* of circuit schematics, diag…
