*Job Description:* We are seeking an Quality Engineer with a background in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. You will optimize assembly processes, eliminate waste, and ensure all automotive components meet IATF 16949 standards. You will drive continuous improvement on the production floor to guarantee vehicle safety and reliability. *Key Responsibilities* * *Process Optimization:* Design and improve production layouts to maximize efficiency. * *Quality Assurance:* Apply statistical process control (SPC) to monitor manufacturing limits. * *Root Cause Analysis:* Lead 8D problem-solving cycles for production defects. * *Continuous Improvement:* Implement Lean Manufacturing tools like 5S and Kaizen. * *Standardization:* Create and update standard operating procedures for assembly lines. *Qualifications* * *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. * *Skills:* Proficiency in FMEA, APQP, and blueprint reading (GD&T).
