We require motivated and skilled Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of a wide range of analytical equipment. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to client sites. * Install, commission, and validate analytical equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. * Provide technical support and training to end-users and laboratory personnel. * Maintain detailed service records and documentation. * Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely support. * Collaborate with internal sales team for customer feedback & reviews. * Stay up to date with product developments and service protocols.
