Should have independently develop Application software and Hardware Configuration on PLC/DCS in different languages like LAD, ST, CFC, SFC, FBD Working on Siemens winCC Professional, TIA Portal and other Makes SCADA/HMI system Installation, Calibration, commissioning and Troubleshooting of Field Instrumentation like Temperature Transmitters, Pressure Transmitters, Flowmeters, Control Valves etc. Installation and control wiring of Variable frequency drives and its related accessories. Commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives by putting necessary safety motor parameters. Preferable drives Makes are Siemens, ABB, and INVT. Should have knowledge about operation, interlock and protection of equipment as per P&ID. Experience on Cold Loop and Hot Loop testing Knowledge of Electrical Components like ACB, MCB, MCCB, Relays, Contactor, Safety devices, Energy Meters ,analysers, transducers etc. Knowledge of Field Instrumentation Selection, Cable Selection, Panel Designing, Drawings, hook-ups, Junction Boxes & Cable Scheduling, Generate Channel list for DCS etc. Should have knowledge of Process Operation, control logic and Instruments. Should have knowledge for operation of milling, cane preparation and auto cane feeding system. Should have knowledge of boiler related equipments.
