Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking to recruit an entry-level Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to support software testing activities across telecom Business Support Systems (BSS). The successful candidate will test Order Care/Order Management, Product Catalogue, and related applications through functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.This role is suitable for a recent graduate with strong analytical and communication skills who is interested in building a career in software quality assurance and telecom BSS. What you will do: • Review business and system requirements to understand expected functionality. • Prepare, document, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution results. • Perform functional, integration, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing. • Test customer and order journeys across BSS platforms, including: o Customer creation and account management o Product and service selection o Product catalogue configuration o Order capture, validation, submission, and tracking o Order fulfilment, activation, amendment, and cancellation o Billing and downstream system integration • Validate product offerings, pricing, eligibility rules, promotions, and catalogue configurations. • Identify, document, and track defects using the applicable defect-management tool. • Retest resolved defects and perform regressio…
