JOB PURPOSE : We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Junior Account Manager to join our Sales team and support the management of key national retail accounts. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you will play an integral role in analyzing sales data, developing strategic customer partnerships, driving profitable sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service across a portfolio of grocery/retail customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have sales analytics experience within the consumer/beauty product industry. In addition, this individual will support smaller grocery accounts working closely with the National Sales Manager to whom the position reports. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Account Management. You will work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to execute customer strategies, deliver business objectives, and support the continued growth of our wholesale retail partnerships.
