Junior / Executive Industrial Engineer – Nelson Paint Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. Nelson Paint Industries, Korangi, Karachi, is looking for motivated Industrial Engineers to join our team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, and workflow. 2. Conduct time & motion studies and support Lean/Kaizen initiatives. 3. Assist with production planning, KPIs, capacity utilization, and cost reduction. 4. Support ERP, data analysis, inventory optimization, and process automation. 5. Ensure compliance with ISO, HSE, and company standards. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. 2. Fresh candidates and those with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply. 3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 4. Good command of MS Office, especially Excel. 5. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Time & Motion Studies, or ERP is a plus. Work Location: In person
