Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Design & Proposal Engineer – ELV Systems to lead the design, engineering, estimation, and preparation of techno-commercial proposals for ELV and Integrated Smart Building Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in security, communication, ICT infrastructure, and life-safety systems, while collaborating closely with sales, consultants, OEMs, and clients to deliver competitive and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Design & Engineering: Review RFQs, tender documents, specifications, drawings, and BOQs for ELV projects. Design integrated ELV and Smart Building solutions based on project requirements. Prepare system architecture, network topology, riser diagrams, and technical schematics. Perform equipment sizing, solution optimization, and value engineering. Develop BOQs and accurate cost estimates. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. Participate in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors. 2.
