Lead Electrical Engineer- Maritime

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to take ownership of engineering activities on complex maritime projects. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the design of electrical ship installations while coordinating the work of engineers both in the Netherlands and abroad. Acting as both technical expert and team lead, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions within a multidisciplinary project environment. Design electrical ship installations in line with customer requirements and maritime regulations. Prepare drawing packages, material specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure timely delivery of engineering output. Provide overall technical support and input throughout the project lifecycle. Allocate tasks and supervise engineering deliverables.
