Role Overview We are hiring a Lead Test Engineer to support cloud modernization initiatives within Credit & Verification Services. This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, requiring approximately 40% office attendance each month. As a Lead Test Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy across products and platforms, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Business stakeholders to support the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall quality strategy, including functional, automation, performance, data, and security testing. Lead and support a team of Test Engineers, promoting consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing. Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and testing solutions. Collaborate with Software Engineers, DevOps teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to integrate quality practices early in the development lifecycle (Shift-Left).
