*Experience:* 4-6 years experience in Logistics / Oil Marketing Industry, managing Vehicle Maintenance *Education:* Bachelor’s in Automotive /Mechanical Engineering. Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance, Interpersonal & Analytical skills. *Responsibilities:* · Ensure availability of vehicle in road worthy conditions. · Ensure Vehicles timely branding and painting, dedicated focus on Vehicles overall look. · Ensure safe custody of used Oil and its proper disposal as per defined standards. · Implementations of maintenance cost saving initiatives to reduce the cost by 10 % · Design and implement formats required by customers for maintenance. · Monitor numbers of breakdowns. · Development and implementation of required SOPs for day-to-day activities and PMPs for both P2P and P2C vehicles. · Assessment of maintenance contractor/third-party audit. · Provide monthly report, Conduct spot check and inspection of vehicles. · Ensure cost effective vendor management. · Management of repair orders and quality repairs. · Maintenance of tools and equipment for repairs (if own). · Maintenance and inspections of tools and gauges. · 100% compliance to all applicable HSE instructions/policies and business ethics requirements defined in the code of conduct. · Implementation of ISO 45001 in maintenance of fleet and QHSE Program Requisites.
