The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a real estate, housing development, construction, or property management company and be capable of supervising maintenance staff and coordinating daily maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day maintenance activities at the Head Office. Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building-related systems.
