THE ROLE: The primary duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance Technicia n include but are not limited to: Conduct production line change overs and equipment setups. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults on production and ancillary equipment. Perform planned preventive maintenance on all plant and equipment in accordance with the maintenance schedule. Conduct electrical fault finding, repairs and minor installations on plant and equipment. Complete and close out work orders in the maintenance management system. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and plant improvement projects. Perform fabrication works in support of repairs and projects. Maintain plant utilities and services, including compressed air systems. Check safety and emergency equipment to ensure functionality as scheduled. Complete reports and process documentation.
