Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic *Manager – Energy Optimization* to lead nationwide energy management initiatives across our telecom infrastructure network. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing energy consumption, reducing operational costs, improving site uptime, and implementing energy-efficient solutions across telecom sites. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in *Commercial Power (CP), Diesel Generator (DG) operations, Solar PV systems, Battery Banks, Hybrid Power Solutions, Rectifiers, Energy Monitoring Systems, and Telecom Site Power Infrastructure*. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure maximum operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesEnergy Management & Optimization * Develop and implement nationwide energy optimization strategies for telecom infrastructure sites. * Analyze site energy consumption and identify opportunities to reduce operational costs. * Improve energy efficiency across Commercial Power (CP), Diesel Generator (DG), Solar PV, and Hybrid Power systems. * Develop initiatives to reduce diesel consumption and improve commercial power utilization. * Monitor energy KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in overall site performance.
