* Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Process Engineering from a reputable university. * The candidate must have a minimum of 08–10 years of operations experience, including at least 03 years in a leadership role managing shift operations or an operations department. * Strong knowledge of large pumps, filtration systems, disinfection processes, chemical dosing, reservoirs, pipelines, SCADA systems, operating permits, troubleshooting, and performance reporting is essential. * Lead the 24/7 operation of intake systems, pumping stations, reservoirs, water treatment facilities, and the water transmission system. * Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of the required water flow while maintaining the specified water quality standards. * Coordinate chemical dosing, reservoir retention, equipment changeovers, and emergency operational activities. * Responsible for operational performance reporting and coordination with the Maintenance, Laboratory, HSE, Employer, EPC Contractor, and Independent Engineer (IE). * Preferred industry background includes large municipal or industrial water treatment and transmission systems, desalination plants, thermal power plant water systems, or comparable continuous process utility projects. * Preferred candidate profile includes professionals from major water utilities, desalinatio…
