* Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university. * The candidate must have a minimum of 08 years of relevant experience, including at least 03 years in a managerial or lead QA/QC role. * Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001, inspection planning, root cause analysis, NCR management, internal audits, calibration control, and quality records for multidisciplinary plant systems is essential. * Establish and implement the project-specific Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Quality Management System (QMS). * Prepare and control quality plans, procedures, inspection formats, and NCR/CAR registers. * Verify the quality of operational and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with project and quality standards. * Preferred candidate profile includes professionals from reputable international or multinational EPC/O&M contractors, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), water utilities, or engineering consultancies.
