*Job Summary* We are seeking a *Mechanical Engineer* to manage the maintenance, reliability, and smooth operation of mechanical equipment and utilities at our dairy facility. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of dairy plant machinery and mechanical equipment. * Ensure smooth operation of milk processing, chilling, pasteurization, filling, packaging, and other production equipment. * Monitor and maintain boilers, compressors, pumps, generators, refrigeration systems, pipelines, valves, and other mechanical utilities. * Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. * Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime. * Supervise maintenance technicians, mechanics, and contractors. * Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and equipment performance. * Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Quality, and Administration departments for maintenance requirements. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and operational standards. * Monitor spare parts and maintenance inventory and coordinate with Procurement for timely availability. * Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and improvement in equipment reliability. * Assist in installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of dairy plant machinery and equipment. * Prepare maintenance reports and provide …
