About the Role Yaqeen Group is looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot our automatic die cutting machines — a role that's critical to cutting and creasing precision across our carton and packaging lines. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on automatic die cutting machines (Bobst, Heidelberg) * Maintain accurate registration and alignment for cutting and creasing operations * Maintain and overhaul feeder, delivery, blanking, and stripping units, including auto-feed and auto-stripping mechanisms * Troubleshoot mechanical issues affecting cutting precision, stripping quality, and machine speed * Coordinate with die-making/tooling staff on chase setup and cutting-rule-related issues * Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors * Keep detailed maintenance logs and machine history records * Minimize downtime through proactive planning with the production team * Ensure all maintenance work follows proper safety procedures Required Qualifications & Experience * DAE (Mechanical) or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering * 2–4 years of relevant experience on automatic die cutting machines in a packaging or printing environment * Practical exposure to brands such as Bobst, Heidelberg, or similar automatic die cutters preferred Required Skills & Competencies * Strong understanding of cutting/creasing m…
