Ltd. is looking for the Mechanical Engineer MEP Mall who will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and supervision of mechanical and MEP systems, with a strong focus on *HVAC, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, ventilation, BMS, fire protection systems, and other mechanical equipment* within a shopping mall/commercial facility. Key Responsibilities * Manage the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring of mechanical and MEP systems within the mall/commercial facility. * Oversee *HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, exhaust systems, cooling towers, pumps, motors, and associated mechanical equipment*. * Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all mechanical and HVAC equipment. * Monitor HVAC performance and ensure optimum temperature, ventilation, indoor air quality, and occupant comfort throughout the facility. * Monitor and optimize *BMS operations* for HVAC systems, energy consumption, alarms, and equipment performance. * Supervise operation and maintenance of *chilled water systems, chilled water pumps, condenser water systems, cooling towers, and associated piping networks*. * Inspect mecha…
