About the Role Yaqeen Group, an established name in offset printing and packaging, is hiring a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to maintain our offset printing machines and keep the pressroom running at full efficiency with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities * Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on offset printing machines. * Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults in feeder, printing, dampening, inking, and delivery units * Carry out overhauling, alignment, and calibration of rollers, cylinders, and gear trains * Maintain lubrication schedules and monitor wear on critical moving parts * Coordinate spare parts requirements and liaise with vendors for procurement * Maintain machine history/log cards and prepare maintenance reports * Plan maintenance windows with the pressroom team to avoid production disruption * Follow all safety protocols during repair and maintenance work * Support installation and commissioning of new printing units, as needed Required Qualifications & Experience * DAE (Mechanical) or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering * 2–4 years of hands-on experience specifically on offset printing machines in a printing or packaging unit * Practical exposure to sheet-fed offset presses.
