MEP Solutions is seeking a full-time on-site *Project Manager (Mechanical)* to join our team in Karachi. *Key Responsibilities:* * Minimum 13-15 years of relevant experience in Mechanical (MEP) works. * At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager on high-rise building projects. * Proven experience in execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, VRF, Natural Gas, and Mechanical Utility Systems. * Strong understanding of international standards, including ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, and local authority requirements. * Hands-on experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful project handover. * Sound knowledge of contract administration, BOQ, tender drawings, specifications, and variation claims. * Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. * Experience in cost control, budgeting, productivity monitoring, and resource planning. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors. * Proven experience in subcontractor management, including scope coordination, progress monitoring, performance evaluation, billing verification, and contractual compliance. * Strong design coordination experienc…
