The candidate will be responsible for preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimum production downtime. Key Responsibilities * Perform *preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance* of production machinery and mechanical equipment. * Troubleshoot and maintain *lobe, impeller and centrifugal pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, bearings, couplings, chains, sprockets and other rotating equipment*. * Perform mechanical seal, bearing, shaft, impeller, belt and other component replacement. * Carry out *pump alignment, motor alignment, gearbox overhauling, machine assembly and mechanical adjustments*. * Maintain and troubleshoot *chocolate processing, filling, packing and other FMCG production machinery*. * Conduct routine inspection for abnormal vibration, overheating, leakage, noise and equipment wear. * Perform lubrication according to preventive maintenance schedules. * Attend emergency breakdowns and restore machinery to normal operating condition with minimum downtime. * Support machine installation, disman…
