*Job Summary* Our client is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to manage and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities on a large construction project in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will oversee MEP, HVAC, fire-fighting and utility works, review technical submissions, coordinate multiple engineering disciplines and ensure that all installations comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. *Key Responsibilities* Supervise all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works at the project site. Manage HVAC, fire-fighting, utility and associated building-service installations. Review technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements and contractor submissions. Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, civil and architectural disciplines to prevent clashes and execution conflicts. Monitor contractor performance, site progress and installation quality. Identify technical issues during installation and coordinate timely solutions. Monitor testing, inspection and commissioning activities. Ensure corrective actions are implemented and properly closed. Coordinate with contractors, consultants and the project management team. Maintain accurate progress, inspection and technical records. Support timely completion and handover of all MEP systems. …
