Suitable candidates will be contacted as hiring requirements arise during this period. *Key Responsibilities* * Manage the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial facilities. * Oversee substations, HT/LT electrical distribution systems, transformers, generators, switchgears, ATS, UPS, VFDs, busbars, PDBs, and LDBs. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of Motors, Pumps, HVAC systems, and electro-mechanical equipment. * Monitor and optimize Building Management System (BMS) operations for HVAC, lighting, and energy efficiency. * Review engineering drawings and supervise electrical and mechanical installations in accordance with project specifications. * Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Material Issuing Requests (MIRs), technical evaluations, and project documentation. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely project execution. * Supervise site teams, subcont…
