*Company:* SourceTek *Location:* Lahore, Pakistan *Employment Type:* Full-time / Contract *Work Arrangement:* On-site *About the Role* SourceTek is hiring on behalf of a client for a highly experienced MEP Site Engineer to oversee electrical, plumbing, and general construction activities on high-rise commercial projects. *Responsibilities* * Supervise day-to-day construction and MEP site operations * Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings * Execute and supervise electrical works: SLDs, power distribution, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, and ELV systems * Execute and supervise plumbing works: water supply, drainage, sewerage, piping systems, and pumps * Review BOQs and assist with material and labor estimation * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and client representatives * Allocate tasks and supervise skilled and semi-skilled workers * Monitor workmanship, productivity, and project progress * Identify and resolve site-level technical issues * Maintain daily progress and site activity reports * Ensure work follows approved specifications and safety requirements * Handle construction tools, equipment, materials, and technical documentation *Requirements* * Minimum 10 years of relevant Site Engineer / Foreman experience, with hands-on MEP (electrical and plumbing) exposure * Background in high-rise or multistory commercial construction * Strong knowledge of dr…
