We are seeking a versatile Low Voltage & Electrical Technician to lead the physical installation and deployment of our network infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional electrical work and modern digital network systems. You will be responsible for installing electrical circuits to power equipment, running structured network cabling, mounting and wiring network routers and switches, and deploying high-definition CCTV security systems. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician (or apprentice-level equivalent) with a strong passion for IT hardware, network infrastructure, and physical security systems. *Key Responsibilities* *1. Network Hardware Installation & Configuration* * Unbox, rack-mount, and physically install network routers, managed/unmanaged switches, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) budget allocators. * Connect uplinks, configure basic VLANs, assign static IP addresses, and ensure proper routing pathways for local network traffic. * Install, wire, and position Wi-Fi Access Points (APs) for optimal signal coverage. * Collaborate with remote network engineers to troubleshoot connectivity, port allocations, and link aggregation issues. *2.
