Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud network infrastructure across on-premises, AWS, GCP, and Azure environments. Configure and manage routing, switching, firewalls, and network technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN, and STP. Build and maintain secure site-to-site and remote-access VPNs using IPsec, WireGuard, OpenVPN, or similar technologies. Manage network security, including segmentation, ACLs, IDS/IPS, zero-trust access, and hardening. Troubleshoot complex connectivity, latency, throughput, and packet-loss issues. Automate network configuration and infrastructure using Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible. Implement monitoring and alerting using tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, SNMP, and NetFlow. Ensure network resilience through capacity planning, redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery.
