* Responsible to repair the maintenance of civil works, supervisor work and scrutinize the bills of contractors. * Supervise the work of Ac/Frig Tech, Plumber, Electricians, Mason, Carpenter, Painter/Polisher and Wheel Chair Mechanic. * Prepare all papers in connection with tenders and supervise work being carried by contractors according to the specifications. * Maintain measurement book and prepare budget estimates for civil work. * Keep updated record of land, building and roads with planned phase programme of repair and maintenance. If any deviation observed will be brought to the notice of Administrative officer. * Liaison with store keeper incharge, furniture, repair and maintenance store of electric sanitary, gas and other fittings and obtain store from him for repair and maintenance purposes. * Arrange to check all electric works in the buildings of medical center and render a certificate for their service ability. * Ensure all hospital beds, trolleys, wheel chairs etc are serviced, greased/polished twice a year. * Hold charge of all building and maintain inventories of permanent fixtures including electric/gas and water supply fittings and obtain signatures of all Education: * Intermediate (Required) License/Certification: * DAE Civil (Required) Work Location: In person
