Translate Flutter's group people strategy into the Albanian reality, working hand-in-hand with the Corporate HR Competence Centers in Italy. Own the full HR cycle on the ground: workforce planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, compensation, disciplinary matters, labor litigation, union and labor relations, and external partnerships. Oversee General Services and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), making sure our people work in a safe, modern, and well-run environment.
