As part of Europe’s largest 5-star hotel brand, the property offers world-class services, facilities, and guest experiences. *Role Description* * Develop and update detailed finishing schedules using Primavera P6. * Integrate MEP, internal fit-out, and external works into a single coordinated program. * Monitor progress against baseline and control activities on the Critical Path Method. * Coordinate MEP first fix, second fix, and final fix with finishing activities. * Prepare short-term look-ahead plans (2–3 weeks) for execution teams. * Track and resolve constraints (drawings, materials, access, approvals). * Plan and monitor snagging, de-snagging, and testing & commissioning (T&C). * Ensure façade closure and external works align with internal finishing progress. * Monitor procurement and delivery of finishing materials and MEP fixtures. * Analyze delays and implement recovery plans (fast-tracking, resequencing). * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards. * Support progress billing, variation tracking. * Plan area-wise/floor-wise handover ensuring snag-free completion. * Coordinate with client, consultants, and contractors for timely project delivery. *Qualificat…
