Position Name: Planning Engineer Location: Lahore The Planning Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting the progress of high-rise construction projects, including apartment buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments. The role will work closely with Project Management, Construction, Design, Procurement, Commercial, and Site teams to ensure projects remain on track and are completed within the approved timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules, activity sequences, milestones, and timelines in line with project requirements and contractual obligations. Develop, update, and maintain project schedules, including baseline schedules, progress updates, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules. Track actual progress against approved schedules, identify delays or deviations, and highlight critical areas requiring attention. Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure activities are properly sequenced and progressing as planned. Prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules and ensure upcoming activities are supported with the required resources, materials, drawings, and approvals.
