*Job Purpose* : To supervise and manage the safe and efficient operation of the Power House during the assigned shift, ensuring uninterrupted power supply, proper equipment monitoring, load management, and timely response to operational faults and emergencies. *Power House Operations:* Supervise the operation of diesel and gas generators during the assigned shift. Monitor generator parameters including voltage, current, frequency, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel levels. Manage generator synchronization and load transfer operations. Ensure proper start-up and shutdown of generators as per operational requirements. Monitor HT/LT panels, synchronization panels, UPS systems, transformers, and related equipment. Ensure continuous and reliable power supply to all connected loads. *Shift & Staff Management * Supervise Power House operators and shift staff. Allocate duties and ensure proper shift handover. Ensure operators follow operational procedures and safety requirements. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance during the shift. Coordinate with the Utility Manager / Electrical Manager regarding operational requirements. *Equipment Monitoring:* Conduct regular inspection of :generators and Power House equipment.
