Job Description Role purpose GENERAL Drive innovation in site’s formulation fill & pack (FF&P) asset and infrastructure by leading complex, engineering capital projects (CapEx) from concept to completion. Project Engineer will be part of a dynamic team where he'll shape the future of sustainable agriculture through cutting-edge facility designs, equipment installations and full lifecycle ownership of large-scale engineering projects across Karachi site. CAPITAL EXPENDITURE (CapEX) Owner of the CapEx process from planning to capitalization stages. Ensure delivery of capital projects in line with strategic drivers, within agreed timelines and budget, and according to company’s EPP governance framework. Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on capital investments and equipment replacements. Working with a site engineering manager to shape project scope. This often requires holding ambiguity before a project scope is being finalized in a Terms of Reference. Identifying, specifying and monitoring the implementation of appropriate standards for engineering for design, procurement and construction to ensure compliance with company policy, local regulations and assets that are fit for purpose.
