An upcoming Alternative Energy Company is looking for a *Project Execution Supervisor* to oversee day-to-day solar PV installation and site execution activities. *=>Key Responsibilities:* -Supervise civil, structural, electrical, and solar PV installation activities at project sites. -Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and site teams. -Ensure installation of modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, earthing, cable trays, and related systems as per approved drawings. -Monitor manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and daily site progress. -Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and HSE requirements. -Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical constraints. -Maintain daily progress, manpower, material, and site records. -Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals. -Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover. -Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. *=>Requirements:* -Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. -3–5 years of experience in Solar PV, EPC, or relevant construction projects. -Practical knowledge of solar PV installation and site execution. -Ability to read engineering drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams. -Experience managing site manpower and subcontra…
