Our client, a well-established name in the Solar EPC / Engineering & Construction industry, is looking for a Project Execution Supervisor. This role supervises and coordinates the day-to-day execution of solar EPC projects at site ensuring installation activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. *Key Responsibilities* * Supervise daily site activities for solar PV project execution, including civil, structural, electrical, and installation works * Coordinate project engineers, subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and site teams, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment * Ensure modules, mounting structures, inverters, cabling, and earthing are installed per approved drawings, method statements, and schedules * Check workmanship and quality compliance, and coordinate material receiving, inspection, and storage at site * Identify site issues, delays, and technical constraints, and report them to the Project Manager/Engineer * Maintain daily progress reports and manpower/material records, and coordinate client/consultant inspections and approvals * Ensure HSE compliance, safe working practices, and housekeeping, and monitor subcontractor performance against schedule * Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, handover, and preparation of as-built documentation *Required …
