We are looking for an experienced *QA Automation and Performance Engineer* to build and manage automated testing, performance testing and software quality controls for our banking, remittance and payment platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing automated test frameworks, validating end-to-end financial transaction flows, identifying performance bottlenecks and integrating testing into our CI/CD pipelines. This role requires strong experience with automation tools such as *Playwright, Selenium, JUnit and REST Assured*, performance tools such as *k6 and JMeter*, and build and quality tools including *Bazel and SonarQube*. *Key ResponsibilitiesTest Automation* * Design, develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks. * Automate web, API, database and end-to-end banking workflows. * Develop automated regression, smoke, integration and acceptance tests. * Create reusable test libraries, fixtures, utilities and test data factories. * Implement automated testing for frontend, backend, microservices and APIs. * Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines. * Maintain stable test environments and minimise flaky test cases. * Review automated test coverage and identify testing gaps. *Banking and FinTech Testing* * Test complete financial transaction journeys across: * Customer onboarding and KYC/KYB * Personal and business accounts * Wallets and m…
