The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, measurement, subcontractor billing, client billing, material reconciliation and cost control . Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, hotels, high-rise buildings or large-scale building projects will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimates for civil and finishing works. Prepare detailed quantity calculations from architectural, structural and MEP drawings. Conduct regular site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records. Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
