Regional Electrical Engineer (Saudi National Only) - Dammam

Crystal Facilities Management (CFM) is appointed as Engineering Supervisor for the Branch Supervision Project. We are recruiting one SCE-accredited Electrical Engineer for the [CITY] region as part of a 10-engineer Kingdom-wide team. *Engineering Scope* You will independently supervise contractor performance on MV/LV switchgear, UPS systems, standby generators, fire alarm and BMS integration, and emergency lighting — all on a sensitive government-banking facility network. Your engineering judgment directly determines whether contractor work is accepted or rejected on behalf of CFM . *Technical Requirements* * Active SCE professional accreditation (verified via SCE portal before interview). * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, accredited institution. * 5+ years in electrical maintenance supervision or FM engineering. * Working knowledge of Saudi Building Code, IEC, and NFPA standards. * AutoCAD Electrical and Revit MEP — comfortable reading and reviewing as-builts. * Strong technical report writing in English; Arabic strongly preferred for client communication. *Preferred Experience* * Banking, government, or sensitive-facility supervision background. * NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification. * Familiarity with ISO 41001 / 9001 / 45001 frameworks. *Engagement Terms* …
