Duties​ Conduct regular inspections of the School premises to identify and address maintenance issues. Supervise repair and maintenance of furniture, doors, windows, locks, and fixtures. Take complete responsibility for solar panels, including daily monitoring, log maintenance, and troubleshooting. Supervise electrical systems and equipment, including fans, lights, ACs, generators, inverters, heaters, refrigerators, and ovens. Oversee plumbing, water supply, drainage, sanitary fittings, water filters, and coolers. Supervise maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment, including CCTV, networking, computers, printers, telephones, attendance machines, speakers, and microphones. Oversee painting, minor renovations, repairs, and general infrastructure upkeep. Manage infrastructure-related emails and ensure timely task tracking through ClickUp. Prepare Job Order Forms and submit Weekly Maintenance Reports as per procedure. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution. Provide required equipment and maintenance support during school events and activities. Take overall responsibility for School Maintenance, Transportation, and Security.
