Role Description We're on the hunt for a sharp and dependable operator to join our scrappy, fast-growing creative studio and work directly alongside our Head of Community. As our Resource Manager, you'll be the engine behind the scenes – running talent outreach, supporting creative resourcing, coordinating project needs, and keeping administrative tasks tight and on track. You'll help make sure every project has the right people in place at the right time, and that nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also get exposure to the business side of a growing agency – supporting resourcing, budgeting, invoicing, and talent relationships as we continue to grow.
