We are seeking a results-driven *Sales Engineer* with a strong technical background in interior architectural products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and client needs, reading project drawings, understanding spatial designs, and delivering targeted product solutions to architects, contractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities * *Technical Solution Sales:* Present and recommend suitable interior product solutions (window treatments, acoustic solutions, interior fittings, etc.) based on client requirements. * *Drawing Interpretation:* Read, analyze, and interpret architectural layout plans, floor plans, and technical shop drawings to prepare accurate bill of quantities (BOQ) and price estimates. * *Client Engagement:* Meet with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and corporate clients to pitch technical products and close sales deals. * *Site Inspections:* Conduct initial site surveys, verify measurements on-site against drawings, and ensure product feasibility before fabrication/installation. * *Proposal Preparation:* Prepare quick and accurate commercial proposals, quotations, and technical submittals for ongoing tenders and projects.
